Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 11:30 am at the offices of Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305. Some Members may participate telephonically.

 

The Committee may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03.(A)(1) to Review the 2017 Performance Goals and the Compensation of the Employees of the Authority.
