Pursuant to ARS Section 39-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the Board) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY and to the general public that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, March 1 2016 at 12:00pm.

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(A)(4). Discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations.
