Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85035. One or more of the members may participate telephonically.

 

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to: A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) to obtain legal advice from the Authority’s legal counsel with respect to obligations under current service provider contracts.
