Further, notice is hereby given that an executive session of the Arizona Commission on the Arts is proposed for
Thursday, September 29, 2022. At the open meeting a motion will be considered for the purpose of deciding
whether to go into executive session; if authorized by a majority vote of the Arizona Commission on the Arts, the
executive session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Discussion of personnel matters

This executive session is authorized under A.R.S. § 38-431.03, Subsection (A), paragraph 1.

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits the Arizona Commission on the Arts from
