Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority, University of Phoenix Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305. Some Members may participate telephonically.

 

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A3 and A4 regarding legal advice with attorneys of the Authority regarding certain legal matters involving the Authority: including (a) Saban v. Arizona Department of Revenue and review of parking agreement with the City of Glendale.
