NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA

In light of current Federal Government guidelines not to hold gatherings of more than 10 people, this meeting will be held virtually. Instructions on how the public may participate in this meeting are below. For additional information, please call or contact (602) 826-5406.

If you are interested in making a public comment, please fill out the Google form and you will be called on during the public comment time. Please remember to unmute your phone by pressing *6.
 

The SFB meeting allows time for public comment on the agenda. Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing Board staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism, or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.

Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by calling Board staff at (602) 826-5406. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.

A copy of the material provided to Board members (with the exception of material relating to possible executive sessions) will be available for public inspection on SFB’s website- sfb.az.gov. 

Under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Board may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of obtaining legal advice on any item on the agenda.

At its discretion, the Board may consider and act upon any agenda item out of order. Members of the Board may appear by electronic means. The agenda for the meeting (subject to change up to 24 hours before the meeting) is as follows:
