Our DES office is located at the SW corner of 18th Ave. & Jefferson St. in Phoenix. Enter the parking garage off of Madison Ave., which is just south of Jefferson St. The entrance is on the north side of the street. The security officer at the gate will direct you to the visitor parking area. Take the East elevators to the first floor lobby to sign in and the reception desk will notify us that you’ve arrived. Additionally, you may park in the visitor parking lot on the SW corner of 17th Ave. and Jefferson St. General parking is also available on the Northwest corner of 18th Ave. and Jefferson St. (see location A). Walk to the 1789 DES office lobby to sign in. The lobby will then notify us that you have arrived.
