Section 38-431.02, notice is given to the BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ARIZONA FINANCE AUTHORITY (the “AFA”) and to the general public that the AFA will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, at 3:05 p.m. local time (Arizona time/MST) (or immediately following adjournment of the Arizona Industrial Development Authority meeting, whichever is later), The meeting will be held via electronic participation (telephone or Zoom) and located at CO+HOOTS, 221 E Indianola Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85012, in the “Classroom.” The public is invited to attend the Authority’s meeting:
