Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is given to the BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE ARIZONA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (the “Authority”) and to the
general public that the Authority will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday,
February 16, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. local time (MST), located at Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey
