Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority, University of Phoenix Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305. One or more of the members may participate telephonically.

 

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to: (1) A.R.S. 38-431.03. (A)(3) and (4) regarding legal advice with attorneys of the Authority regarding certain legal matters involving the Authority: including Saban v. Arizona Department of Revenue and Stadium Event Revenue Usage.
