Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, January 23, 2020 11 a.m. The meeting will be held at the AZSTA offices, 1 Cardinals Dr., Glendale, AZ 85305.
The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to: A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(1) and (2) regarding legal advice with attorneys of the Authority.
