NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the "Board") of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting at 11 a.m. The meetings will be held telephonically (877) 851-0194 Code 480 360 4651.

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to: A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) to obtain legal advice from the Authority's general counsel regarding certain legal matters for stadium operations and liability in relation to the COVID-19 Pandemic, update on certain contract matters with respect to Cactus League, and personnel matters.
