Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Fennemore Craig, 2394 E. Camelback Rd, Suite 600, Phoenix, AZ 85016. One or more of the members may participate telephonically.
