NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

 

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, November 1, at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85035. One or more of the members may participate telephonically.

 

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to: A.R.S. 38-431.03A3 and A4 regarding legal advice with attorneys of the Authority regarding certain litigation and dispute matters involving the Authority.
