Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Fennemore Craig. 2394 E. Camelback Rd, Suite 600 Phoenix, AZ 85016 One or more of the members may participate telephonically.

 

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to: A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(1) and (2) regarding legal advice with attorneys of the Authority.
