NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TELECONFERENCE MEETING OF THE

ARIZONA STATE BOARD ON GEOGRAPHIC AND HISTORIC NAMES

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the members of the Arizona State Board on Geographic and Historic Names (“ASBGHN” or “Board”) and the general public that the ASBGHN will hold a meeting open to the public on July 8, 2019, beginning at 10:00 am. Members of the Board will attend by telephone.  Members of the public may attend via teleconference or in person at 1901 W. Madison St., Phoenix, AZ 85009 or by calling 1-240-454-0879 and entering the meeting number 808-670-105. The Board may modify the agenda order, if necessary.

Pursuant to ARS § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Board may vote to go into executive session to discuss or consult with its legal counsel for legal advice on any item on the agenda.
