Debt Oversight Commission meeting
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to members of the Debt Oversight Commission, established pursuant to A.R.S. § 35-504, and to the general public that the Debt Oversight Commission will hold a meeting, open to the public, on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually via Google Meets. Under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Debt Oversight Commission may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of obtaining legal advice on any item on the agenda.
Please be advised that Elizabeth Alvarado-Thorson, Director, has delegated her role as chair of the Debt Oversight Commission to State Comptroller, Ashley DiMaggio Retsinas, ADOA Assistant Director. Ashley will assume the role effective March 27, 2025 and will chair the commission meeting on that date.
At its discretion, the Debt Oversight Commission may consider and act upon any agenda item out of order. The agenda for the meeting (subject to change up to 24 hours before the meeting) is as follows:
