Debt Oversight Commission Meeting
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to members of the Debt Oversight Commission, established pursuant to A.R.S. § 35-504, and to the general public that the Debt Oversight Commission will hold a meeting, open to the public, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually via Google Meets. For additional information, please call (602) 542-1500.
Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by calling (602) 542-1500. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.
Under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Debt Oversight Commission may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of obtaining legal advice on any item on the agenda.
Please be advised that Elizabeth Alvarado-Thorson, Director, has delegated her role as chair of the Debt Oversight Commission to State Comptroller, Ashley DiMaggio Retsinas, ADOA Assistant Director. Ashley has assumed the role effective March 27, 2025.
At its discretion, the Debt Oversight Commission may consider and act upon any agenda item out of order. The agenda for the meeting (subject to change up to 24 hours before the meeting) is as follows:
