Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a FINANCE COMMITTEE (the “Committee”) meeting open to the public on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85035. One or more of the members may participate telephonically.

 

The Committee may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to: (1) A.R.S. 38-431.03.(A)(1) to Review the 2018 Evaluation and the Compensation of the Employee of the Authority; and (2) A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A3 and A4 regarding legal advice with attorneys of the Authority regarding certain litigation and dispute matters involving the Authority.
