Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Board of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) will hold a Special Board Meeting, open to the public on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 1:30 P.M., at 100 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007.
