Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, March 30, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority, University of Phoenix Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305. Some Members may participate telephonically.

 

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(4). Discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations.
