Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the offices of Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority, University of Phoenix Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305. Some Members may participate telephonically.

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), to obtain legal advice from the Authority's legal counsel or to instruct the Authority's legal counsel on contracts being negotiated or litigation related to the matters referred to in the Agenda
