Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS (the “Board”) of the ARIZONA SPORTS AND TOURISM AUTHORITY, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. Some Members may participate telephonically. Members of the public are invited to listen to these proceedings at the offices of Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85305.

 

The Board may consider a Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to (1) A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A3 and A4 regarding certain legal matters involving the Authority: including the review of parking agreement and potential settlement with the City of Glendale.
