Notice is hereby given to the members of the Vote Count Verification Committee (“the Committee”), and to the general public that the Vote Count Verification Committee will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, September 20, 2018, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at the Secretary of State’s Conference Room, 7th Floor, 1700 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85007.

The Committee reserves the right to change the order of items on the agenda. The Committee may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for any item listed on the agenda, for obtaining legal advice pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) or for discussion or consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or testimony that is specifically required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
