Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given that the Commission of the Arizona Power Authority will hold a hearing on the Application to Amend Existing Power Purchase Certificate filed by Silver Creek Irrigation District and Northern Arizona Power Agency on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at the conclusion of the Regular Commission Meeting or 11:30 a.m. whichever is later, in the office of the Arizona Power Authority, 1810 W.
