Notice of Public Review and Comment on the Proposed
Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Intended Use Plan (IUP)
for the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2023
and The Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2022 Appropriation
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 38-431.02; and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regulations, 40 CFR 35.2015; notice is hereby given that a public comment period is being initiated to allow public participation and input on Amendment 1 of the Intended Use Plan for SFY 2023. The amendment revised the amount of set-asides to be used. Upon written request, a public hearing may be scheduled. Requests for a public hearing must be received by the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) by August 5, 2022. If a public hearing is deemed appropriate, a second public notice will be published with the date, time and location of the public hearing. Information regarding the Amended Intended Use Plan may be obtained by calling or writing to WIFA’s office at the address noted below.
