NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BY-LAWS REVIEW ADVISORY COMMITTEE

OF THE ARIZONA STATE BOARD ON GEOGRAPHIC AND HISTORIC NAMES

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the members of the By-laws Review Advisory Committee of the Arizona State Board on Geographic and Historic Names (“ASBGHN” or “Board”) and to the general public that the By-laws Review Advisory Committee of the ASBGHN will hold a meeting open to the public on the January 22, 2019 at 9:30 am at 1700 W. Washington St., 7th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Attendance at this meeting via telephone is available by calling 240-454-0879 and entering the meeting number 806-971-732. Pursuant to ARS § 38-431.03(A)(3), the Committee may vote to go into executive session for the purpose of obtaining legal advice on any item on the Agenda. Attendance by other ASBGHN members is possible, and actions requiring ASBGHN approval will be presented to the full ASBGHN for decision.
